Only 40 minutes on the bike and all my machines.

This week's stats: Lost 3.3 pounds and half an inch in the chest, waist, and hips. I guess the changes I made this past week made a difference after all. Let's set if I can keep it up this week.

The BeachBody people redid P90 (the first precursor to P90X) and of course Tim bought it. I decided to take it out and do at least the weight/resistance days, even if I choose something else for cardio. So I did Sculpt A today.

Can't really do the walking half push-ups, but everything else was not problem. I chose my weights just about right, but I'll probably need to move to a heavier band on the ones that require a band instead of letting you pick between bands and weights.
