My 10 yr old daughter is asking for a high quality microscope for our studies but I'd like to keep the $ under $75, is that even possible?

I've checked lovetolearn, discovery channel, and amazon so far. Any other places I should be looking. thank you, Melissa

This (http://www.timberdoodle.com/zPix_200_Microscope_p/247-109.htm) is the one I just ordered as a joint Christmas gift for my two youngest. We don't have it yet, but it's coming soon.

Here (http://www.sonlight.com/microscope.html) is Heather W's blog post about hers.

It looks like it might work about the same as the one I ordered.

You may already have it covered, but, if I was going to purchase a microscope, I'd try Tobin's Lab (http://www.tobinslab.com/microscopes). I really trust them when it comes to science supplies!

I think Timberdoodle has a couple of good microscopes to choose from. I also like Home Science Tools.

Nice blog post, Heather!

Like the ideas, gals. Will it be a sewing machine or a microscope? Hmmmmm...
