the book QUIRKY KIDS by Perri Klass, M.D., and Eileen Costello, M.D.?

I just started it last night, and so far, it's the best book I've read. Lots of practical advice given and "a-ha moments" for me.

YES. That book really helped me a lot with my firstborn. Mostly, just seeing that I wasn't alone, that it wasn't "my fault," that I wasn't a bad person for having a child that was seemingly like no other child on the planet.

Also loved The Out-of-Sync Child and Raising Your Spirited Child.

Our ABA therapist just read it and recommended it highly. She said it was the best book she has read on SID. :thumb:
